Home And School Association

The School encourages a close liaison between itself and the home, and welcomes consistent involvement with parents. It encourages parental support in maintaining Christian standards of daily living and student interaction with teachers, fellow pupils and the community in general.

The main aims of the Home and School Association are:

• Developing a greater cooperation between parents and teachers
• Providing opportunities for social interaction between school families
• Assisting in providing facilities and equipment for the school
• Advancing the cause of Christian Education

Parents are encouraged to attend all school functions with their children, thereby helping to develop a close bond between the home and school.

These functions include:

• Musical performances for parents, churches, and the elderly
• Inter-school sports days
• School functions and fundraising
• Fundraising for charities
• Excursions

It is of vital importance that parents attend the evening Home and School meetings, which are the Principal's main means of effective communication.

Parents are invited to help as volunteer partners in one or more of the following School Support Groups:
