Admission Policy

However, since the school administration is committed to providing quality Christian education to as many as possible, every effort will be made to accommodate all students, whose parents desire a Christian Education for their children.

To enrol, fill out an enrolment form and post it according to the instructions at the bottom of the form.

For further enrolment information, contact our principal by phone on 02 6286 3989 or email at principal@ccs.act.edu.au

Financial Information

Finance to meet the yearly operating costs of the school comes principally from:

  • School Fees
  • ACT and Commonwealth recurrent grants
  • Allocations from the Seventh-day Adventist churches in Canberra.
Fees

The following information might be helpful regarding the payment of fees:

  1. The school administration greatly appreciates the timely payment of students' fees, as the operating costs of the school come principally from this source. The regular tuition fees (per term), for the current school year are listed below.

  2. An annual General Service Fee (see below) is added to Term 1 fees. This fee covers cost of text books and all stationery items supplied to the student, but not the cost of swimming or gymnastics.

  3. Accounts will be sent home with students in the first week of each term.

  4. All fees must be paid before the end of each term if the student is to return the following term, unless other arrangements are made with the school administration.

  5. Unpaid fees at the end of each term will be referred to the School Council (who may forward the debt to a debt collection agency).

  6. Assistance in meeting fees may be available from various sources. If you have a genuine need for assistance, contact the Principal who will be able to give you further information.

  7. Fees may be paid in cash, by cheque or direct debit.

  8. There is no refund of fees for children who are absent from school for an extended period of time.
